Complete Application

Complete your application and upload your documents so referencing can begin.

Referencing

We complete credit, affordability, income, landlord and employer checks. Minimum 3 working days.

Approved

We confirm you’ve passed referencing and agree your move-in date.

Sign Agreement

You review and e-sign your tenancy agreement online.

Move-in Payment

Pay your first month’s rent and deposit (or Reposit). Holding deposit deducted.

Move In

Keys are handed over and you’re ready to settle in.
