I had a very pleasant experience with this company from day one. Naomi was brilliant to arrange a prompt viewing of the property and identity checks. My onboarding and referencing was smoothly handled and passed on to Sam, even when Naomi was off. He helped to sort the contracts and move-in payments. Terry took great care to handover the keys to my apartment and did the inventory checks. All completed from start to finish in only a few days. 5/5 in everything..all the things was done systematically and the property is in very good condition and clean when i moved in, Simone was the agent who handled the whole contract process and terry helped me in moving in(I'll give both of them 5 stars) I will definitely recommend my friends to book property through them.

I moved in to a room in a shared house today with help of Confidence Properties. I must say the viewing, referencing and move in process was seamless. Terry was always there for help and support, he patiently explained each and everything and made the process really easy for me.
