We complete credit, affordability, income, landlord and employer checks.

We confirm you’ve passed referencing and agree your move-in date.

Sign Agreement
You review and e-sign your tenancy agreement online.

Move-In Payment
Pay your first month’s rent and deposit (or Reposit). Holding deposit deducted.

Move In
Keys are handed over and you’re ready to settle in.
